Washing Instructions
A 30 or 40 degree wash will be fine, if you wash on a higher degree be prepared for the garment to shrink by about 5%.
If you tumble dry them, make sure the tumble dryer is on low heat. Organic cotton isn’t coated with all the nasty resins that conventional cotton uses to prevent shrinking.
We recommend you use a Non toxic washing powder, environmentally friendly to keep your garments 100% organic.
We recommend tri nature laundry products as these contain no phosphates or alkaline builders to upset the ecosystem. The laundry powder is also safe to use with septic tanks and the products are also non-irritating to sensitive skin. The fabric finish is based on natural cornstarch while the pre-wash spotter contains no petroleum hydrocarbons.
