Shipping and Delivery
Bella Kids Clothing uses Australia Post to deliver your parcel. We will always try to minimise your postage costs and we do not charge any more than the standard Australia Post costs.
Our aim is to send your goods within 48hrs of receiving your order. Providing all items in your order are in stock this shouldn’t be too hard to do,
But if there is a delay we’ll let you know as soon as we can. This means you will receive your parcel within 3-7 days depending on your location within Australia. All goods are Insured on delivery, so if by any chance you don’t receive your parcel please notify Bella Kids Clothing as soon as possible.
All goods are Delivered by Australia Post.
By using the online shop your postage will be automatically calculated on the basis of weight.
Because clothes vary in size and weight it may be necessary to vary shipping costs at the time of dispatch - if that is the case we will always contact you, explain the situation and get your approval for the increased cost.
Bella Kids Clothing is unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, but will offer all reasonable assistance with locating any missing parcels.
We highly recommend to use registered parcels. They cost only $2.50 more and in case the parcel is missing you will get full refund from Australian Post.
Registered Post (Australia Post) Recommended
Registered post requires a signature at the delivery address and is your guarantee by Australia Post. There is an additional cost for registered post as determined by Australia Post.
